Sites with less than a 10 foot setback will generally depend on concrete, sheetpile, or rip-rap for stability. Even though it may not be adviseable to remove a bulkhead on your property, planting shoreline vegetation will help provide some cover for young Chinook salmon, while improving the look of your shoreline.
